Alpine architecture meets natural charm!

Each of our apartments has a fully equipped kitchenette with all necessary appliances and utensils. Towels and bed linen are included in the price. A laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer is also available.

Even away from the mountains, Basecamp offers ideal opportunities for exercise and relaxation. Our modern fitness room, equipped with a variety of exercise machines, is the perfect place to build strength and endurance or stay in shape after an active day in the mountains. For all climbing enthusiasts, there’s also a bouldering wall where you can have fun while improving your agility, coordination, and strength. This way, the mountain experience stays alive even indoors.

On the ground floor, there's a restaurant open from morning to evening. From breakfast to lunch to dinner, guests can enjoy the culinary offerings to the fullest.

Free rides on select bus routes in the region, including the blue hiking bus routes 701, 702, 704, and 709 between Hochkrumbach and Lech, Oberlech and Zürs, Rüfiplatz and Zug, and Rüfiplatz and Stubenbach. Also included are rides on the Bregenzerwaldbus (Line 852) from Schröcken (Unterboden) via Warth to Lech (Schlosskopf), the Lechtalbus (Line 110) from Forchach via Warth to Lech (Schlosskopf), and Line 111 from Steeg to Kaisers.

Guests staying at least one night in Warth can purchase the Lech Card at the Tourist Office Warth during its regular business hours.

Mountain Railways
Unlimited use of six summer mountain railways in the region: Steffisalp-Express Warth, Rüfikopf Cable Car Lech, Petersbodenbahn Lech, Oberlech Mountain Railway, Seekopfbahn Zürs, and the Zugerbergbahn. Evening rides on the Rüfikopf and Zugerbergbahn are also included.
Public Transportation
Free rides on the blue Lech local bus, including access to the Zugertal valley. Also included are rides on the regional bus (Line 852) from Schröcken (Unterboden) via Warth to Lech (Schlosskopf), as well as on the Lechtalbus (Line 110) from Forchach via Warth to Lech (Schlosskopf).
